Share your academic passion with rising sophomores, build lasting mentoring relationships with faculty, and enhance your leadership and organizational skills.

Sophomore College Assistants (SCAs) live in the Sophomore College residence halls with their students and use time outside class to foster collaborative and experiential learning. All seminars have two SCAs, selected by the faculty, who build community in the course and deepen students' intellectual engagement, as well as manage logistics necessary to make this happen.
